The most common answer for this question was pop.

The majority of people were female.

The majority of people were aged 17 and under.

4)How often do you watch music videos?
The outcome of this question was that people often watch music videos.

5)What type of music video do you prefer?
The most common answer was performance.

6)How long do you prefer your music videos to be?
The majority said 3:00-3:99 minutes.

7)Do you ever watch the music channel?
Majority said Yes.

8)Do you think music videos are vital to the success of a single or an album?
Most people said they agreed that  a music video has a large impact on the success of a single or album.

9)What would you like to see most in a music video of your choice?
Majority said they wanted the artiste featured in the video, a dance routine, some sort of performance, good cinematography or a range of bright colours and lighting.

10)What music video do you think is the greatest of all times?
A lot of music videos were suggested but there was one that was mentioned more than once and that was the music video for Michael Jackson's song Thriller.

From these results this will allow us to make a music video that is desired by majority of people, It was help us know what sort of thing to feature in the music video and allow us to know who to aim the music video at.

Textual Analysis- Please don't leave me by Pink

Performance: The performance consists of Pink, the artiste dressed as a nurse, but not your typical hospital nurse. it is more of a sexy nurse outfit, which is suppose to appeal to the male gaze. Lyrics:  The song is about a couple with a a controlling girlfriend that is abusive towards her boyfriend, pushing him away but not wanting him to actually leave her. '   "I always say how I don't need you, but it's always gonna come right back to this, please don't leave me." Genre / mise en scene: The song is a Pop rock, dance pop song. whereas the video genre is horror/thriller. Camerawork: The camera is often seen following Pink, there is often the use of low angle that makes Pink appear powerful. Editing: Often the shots are continuous,especially when they are fighting at the start, they are also quite jumpy and choppy to go with their fast actions. Meet the artist (Galantis)

Who are they? Galantis are a duo of two Swedish DJ's called Christian Karlsson and Linus Eklow. . Christian Karlsson is  also known as 'Bloodshy' and Christian Karlsson is known as 'Style of Eye'.  Their first debut was their self-titled Galantis  and was released on the 1st April 2014. The duo met at Karlsson's Robotberget studios in Stockholm in 2007. How did they form together? They originally were  two separate DJ's.  Karlsson worked and collaborated with artists such as Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Katy Perry and Britney Spears.  Whilst Eklow produced Icon Pop's hit 'I love it".  Karlsson reached out to Eklow for help with remixing his song 'Animal".  After that they began to hang out more as a duo and began exchanging ideas in the studio.
